Office, hours, parking, and virtual meetings

Updated July 9, 2026

We meet clients at our office in west Austin and online. All meetings are by appointment, so please schedule ahead rather than dropping in; our attorneys are often in signing meetings or at closings.

Address and contact

Barton Creek Ellery LLP, 2700 Bee Caves Road, Suite 300, Austin, TX 78746

Our suite is on the third floor. Turn right as you leave the elevator, and reception is straight ahead.

Business hours

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time
  • Tuesday evenings: signings until 7:00 p.m., by appointment only
  • Saturday and Sunday: closed

We're also closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

We don't have an emergency or after-hours line. Voicemails and emails received after hours are returned the next business day. Reception accepts hand-delivered documents during business hours; please don't leave original documents with the building's lobby desk.

Parking

Parking is free for clients in the building's garage.

  1. Enter the garage from the main driveway and take a ticket at the gate.
  2. Park in any space marked Visitor on level 1 or level 2. Spaces reserved for other tenants are enforced by building management.
  3. Bring your ticket to our reception desk in Suite 300. We'll validate it for up to three hours, which covers almost every meeting and signing.

The garage clearance is 6 feet 8 inches. If you're driving a taller vehicle, let us know when you schedule and we'll help you plan where to park.

If you're arriving by rideshare, the drop-off point is the front circle at the main entrance. A bike rack is beside the main entrance.

Accessibility

Two accessible parking spaces are next to the elevator on garage level 1, and the elevator runs directly from the garage to the third floor. The main entrance, our suite, our conference rooms, and our restrooms are step-free.

If you need an accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, large-print documents, or extra time at a signing meeting, tell us when you schedule and we'll arrange it at no charge. Marcus Delgado also meets with clients in Spanish.

Virtual meetings

Most meetings can happen online.

  • Zoom is our default. Your calendar invitation includes the meeting link.
  • Microsoft Teams is available on request.
  • Phone meetings work well for short calls and follow-up questions.

For a virtual meeting, please join from a private place where others can't overhear. A conversation with an outside person present may not be confidential. Please don't record a meeting unless we've agreed to it in advance.

Consultations, planning meetings, document walk-throughs, and most business matters work well online. Estate-planning signings are the exception: wills and trusts are signed in person at our office, where we provide the witnesses and the notary for the self-proving affidavit.

Residential real-estate closings usually take place at the title company's office. Whether you can sign remotely depends on the title company and your lender, so ask your escrow officer early in the transaction.

Before you arrive

Bring a government-issued photo ID to every signing, and plan to arrive five to ten minutes early. Our checklist of what to bring to your first meeting lists the documents that make a consultation productive.
