Business fee schedule

Updated January 6, 2026

These flat fees took effect on January 1, 2026, and are confirmed in your engagement letter before we begin. State and federal filing fees are listed separately because they're paid to the government, not to us.

  • Preparing and filing the certificate of formation
  • Obtaining your federal employer identification number (EIN)
  • An organizational consent adopting the company's initial actions
